The South Korean brand has just introduced LLW DRAM, a new DRAM format that optimizes real-time data processing and improves performance when playing games or using technologies such as artificial intelligence or augmented reality. LLW DRAM is a type of very low latency dynamic RAM. This differs from the traditional LPDDR RAM used in mobile phones today because it contains multiple data input and output channels (I).
Another advantage of this new type of DRAM is that the LLW module will be integrated into the SoC (processor), as seen in the video released by Samsung.
